Given:
Mass of one atom of oxygen = 16 u

1 u = 1.66 × 10-27 kg

∴ The mass of an atom of oxygen 

kg = 16 × 1.66 × 10-27

= 26.56 × 10-27

= 2.656 × 10-26 kg
