The process is as follows:

1. Initiation of the Motion: An impeachment motion can be introduced in either House of Parliament. The motion must be signed by at least one-fourth of all members of the House. The President must receive a 14-day notice before the debate.
2. Investigation and Approval: The motion must pass with a two-thirds majority in the House where it was introduced. After being sent to the other House, the charges are investigated by a trial court.
3. Final Decision: If the second House adopts the motion by a two-thirds majority, the President will be removed from office immediately.
