Moment of force about O = 20 Nm (clockwise)
⊥ distance (OA) = 0.5 m
Moment of force = F × ⊥ distance
∴ F = \[\dfrac{\text{Moment of force}}{\perp \text{distance}}\]
= \[\dfrac{20\ \text{Nm}}{0.5\ \text{m}}\]
= 40 N
