Solution

Given: The diagonals of quadrilateral ABCD bisect each other and ∠A = 50°.

Since the diagonals bisect each other, ABCD is a parallelogram.

Step-wise calculation:

In a parallelogram, adjacent angles are supplementary.

So, ∠A + ∠B = 180°.

Therefore, ∠B = 180° – ∠A

= 180° – 50° 

= 130°
