Solution

NOTICE TO GARDEN INSECTS

Dear bees, beetles and butterflies: The humans have left the garden open, but please queue politely at the flowers. No pushing, leaf-biting or midnight buzzing near bedrooms. Wasps must remove their striped uniforms at picnics. Refreshments are nectar; complaints go to the ant manager. Enjoy your visit!
