Solution
Maslow’s Need Satisfaction Theory states that human needs are arranged in a hierarchy and act as motivators. When one need is satisfied, another arises in its place. Lower-level needs like food and safety must be fulfilled before higher-level needs such as esteem and self-actualisation emerge. Satisfied needs no longer motivate, and higher needs become dominant as a person progresses, especially at higher levels of management.
