Sonal bought a bed sheet for ₹ 400 and sold it for ₹ 440. Her profit % is 10.

Explanation:

C.P. of bed sheet = ₹ 400

S.P. of bed sheet = ₹ 440

Now, S.P. > C.P.

Thus, profit = 440 – 400 = ₹ 40

∴ Profit % = `40/100 xx 100` = 10
