`(4-2x)/3 >= x/2 - 3`

Eliminate denominators

`6xx((4-2x)/3) >= 6xx(x/2 - 3)`

⇒ 2(4 − 2x) ≥ 3x − 18

2(4 − 2x) = 8 − 4x

⇒ 8 − 4x ≥ 3x − 18

Bring variables to one side

8 ≥ 7x − 18

26 ≥ 7x

`x = <= 26/7`
