Solution

Equation 1: 5x + y = 11

y = 11 − 5x

If x = 1, y = 11 − 5(1) = 6 → Point (1, 6)

If x = 2, y = 11 − 5(2) = 1 → Point (2, 1)

If x = 0, y = 11 → Point (0, 11)

Equation 2: 2y − 3x + 4 = 0

2y = 3x − 4

y = `(3x − 4)/2`

If x = 0, y = `(3(0) − 4)/2` x = −2 → Point (0, –2)

If x = 2, y = `(3(2) − 4)/2 = (6 − 4)/2` = 1 → Point (2, 1)

If x = 4, y = `(12 − 4)/2` = 4 → Point(4, 4)
