x2 – x – 6 = (x – 3) (x + 2)
`(x + 2)/(4"y") ÷ (x^2 - x - 6)/(12y^2) = (x + 2)/(4y) ÷ ((x - 3)(x + 2))/(12y^2)`
= `((x + 2))/(4y) xx (12y^2)/((x - 3)(x + 2))`
= `(3y)/(x - 3)`
