Every day, newspapers report serious road accidents. When these cases are examined closely, it is often found that many of them could have been avoided if people had followed traffic rules properly.

It is very important to create awareness among people and encourage them to obey traffic laws. Simple actions like wearing helmets, using seat belts, and driving within speed limits can save many lives. The traffic police should also stay alert, enforce rules strictly, and use speed cameras to control rash driving.

Many accidents happen because of wrong-side driving, drunk driving, and using mobile phones while driving. These careless habits increase the risk on the roads. Therefore, road safety rules must be followed seriously. They act like protection shields that can help reduce accidents and save precious lives.
