Implementation in rural areas:
In rural areas, these schemes can be seen through the construction of houses under PMAY-G, employment provided through MGNREGS, formation of women’s Self-Help Groups under DAY-NRLM, improvement of village roads under PMGSY, skill training for rural youth and pensions provided to eligible people.
Observation:
These schemes help improve employment, housing, roads, skills, women’s empowerment and social security in villages. Therefore, they help raise the standard of living for rural people.
