Solution
The rules related to the·conduct of races are:
- All individual races should be conducted separately for male and female participants.
- A swimmer who is swimming the event alone must complete the full distance of the race to be considered qualified.
- The swimmer must stay in the same lane from start to finish and complete the race in the lane in which they began.
- Holding or pulling the lane rope during the race is strictly not allowed.
- After the start and after every turn, from the first arm stroke onward, the swimmer’s body must remain on the breast. Side underwater kicking is permitted, but turning onto the back is not allowed at any time.
- At every turn and at the end of the race, the swimmer must touch the wall with both hands at the same time, either above or below the water surface.
