`(5x+3) / (3x+ 1) = (4)^3/(3)^3`
⇒ `(5x+3) / (3x+ 1) = 64/27`
⇒ 135x + 81= 192x + 64
⇒ 57x = 17
⇒ x = `17/57`
x = `17/57`
