`(3x-4)/(2x+5) = (3)^2/(4)^2`
⇒ `(3x-4)/(2x+5) = (3) = 9/16`
⇒ 48x - 64 - 18x + 45
⇒ 30 x - 109
⇒ x = `109/30`
