We have, + C C A
6 9 7
Since, there is no carry-over in addition,
1 + C = 6
⇒ C = 5
A + C = 9
⇒ A + 5 = 9
⇒ A = 4
And B + A = 7
⇒ B + 4 = 7
⇒ B = 3
Hence, A + B + C = 4 + 3 + 5 = 12
