`"p"/"q" = 5/4xx 3/7 = 15/28`
q : r = `4 1/2 : 5 1/4 = 9/2 : 21/4`
`"q"/"r" = 9/2 xx 4/21 = 6/7`
`therefore p/q xx q/r = 15/28 xx 6/7`
`=> "p"/"r" = 45/98`
∴ p : r = 45 : 98
