How is the spurious alcohol obtained?

Spurious alcohol is prepared by underworld people as follows:

1. Water is used to dilute the methylated or denatured alcohol. The required flavours and colours are added to it. Methyl alcohol and other toxic substances are present.
2. When methyl alcohol and acetaldehyde are produced with ethyl alcohol, jaggery ferments in unsanitary conditions. Along with methyl alcohol, toxic contaminants also distil during the distillation process.
