Short Answer

Solution
Callus is transferred to a regeneration medium containing suitable plant hormones. Cytokinin, commonly BAP, promotes shoot regeneration. When shoots reach about 2–3 cm, they are transferred to an auxin-containing medium, such as one with NAA, to induce roots. Rooted shoots form complete plantlets.
