Solution
Yes, my maternal uncle recently migrated from our native village, his place of origin, to the metropolitan city of Mumbai, his destination. He was forced to leave his home because our village offers limited jobs outside of subsistence farming, and suffers from a lack of reliable healthcare facilities and advanced schools. These harsh realities served as powerful push factors, making survival and growth difficult in his native place. On the other hand, Mumbai served as a strong pull factor, promising continuous job opportunities, higher salaries, and a much higher standard of living. He was also drawn to the city by its superior infrastructure, modern hospitals, and quality educational institutions. This rural-to-urban movement helped him secure a better future while clearly demonstrating how push and pull factors drive population migration between regions.
