`"f"(1/x) = (1/x - 1)/(3(1/x) + 1)`
`= ((1 - x)/x)/((3+x)/(x))`
`= (1 - x)/(3 + x)`
Also, `1/(f(x)) = 1/((x - 1)/(3x + 1)) = (3x + 1)/(x - 1)`
