f(f(x)) = f`(1/(2x + 1))`
`= 1/(2(1/(2x + 1)) + 1)`
`= 1/(2/(2x + 1) + 1)`
`= 1/((2x + 2 + 1)/(2x + 1))`
`= (2x + 1)/(2x + 3)`
since x ≠ `- 3/2`
