We have,
`(6.25 xx 6.25 - 1.75 xx 1.75)/4.5`
= `((6.25)^2 - (1.75)^2)/4.5`
= `((6.25 + 1.75)(6.25 - 1.75))/4.5` ...[Using the identity, a2 – b2 = (a + b)(a – b)]
= `(8 xx 4.5)/4.5`
= 8
