Given, `3/13 ÷ (-4)/65`
The reciprocal of `(-4)/65` is `65/(-4)`
∴ `3/13 ÷ (-4)/65 = 3/13 xx 65/(-4)`
= `(65 xx 3)/(13 xx (-4))`
= `15/(-4)`
Hence, the reciprocal of `15/(-4)` is `(-4)/15`.
