Perimeter = (50 + 12 + 13 + 40 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 5) cm
= 150 cm
Perimeter = 150 cm
Area = Area of a rectangle + Area of a square + Area of a right triangle.

= `(50 xx 5) + (10 xx 10) + (1/2 xx 12 xx 5) "cm"^2`
= (250 + 100 + 30) cm2
= 380 cm2
