Fourth proportional of `1/3, 2/5 "and" 8.4`
= `(2/5 xx 8.4)/(1/3)`
= `2/5 xx 8.4 xx 3/1`
= `(2 xx 84 xx 3)/(5 xx 10 xx 1)`
= `504/50`
= 10.08
