x2 + 4x +4 and x2 - x - 6
`("x"^2 + 4"x" + 4)/("x"^2 - "x" - 6) = ("x" + 2)^2/(("x" - 3)("x" + 2)) = ("x" + 2)/("x" - 3)`
= (x + 2) : (x - 3)
