Question

Find out the types of jobs found in your area and the reasons behind the large-scale jobs.

Answer 1

• The types of jobs commonly found in our area are shopkeeping, transport, teaching, banking, healthcare, construction, office work, hotel and restaurant services, repair work, and small businesses.
• Trade and service jobs are found on a large scale because the area has a large population, good transport facilities, markets, schools, hospitals, offices and commercial centres. These create a high demand for goods and services and provide employment to many people.
