Solution

Directing is concerned with the execution of plans through organised action. It is also known as ‘Commanding’ or ‘Actuating.’ The aspect of management that motivates employees to work productively and successfully towards achieving the organization's goals is called directing. Because it starts organised action towards the achievement of desired goals, direction is referred to be “management in action.” Preparatory tasks include organising, staffing, and planning. In reality, work execution starts with management's direction function.
