Procedure of Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose):
- Starting Position: Stretch your legs and place your feet together while lying flat on your stomach. Put your palms next to your shoulders.
- Body Alignment: Keep your forehead near the floor and your elbows close to your torso.
- Raising the Body: While keeping the lower body on the ground, take a steady breath and use arm support to raise the head, chest, and abdomen.
- Final Position: Breathe normally as you extend your neck backward for ten to twenty seconds.
- Returning: Breathe out and slowly return the body to its starting posture.
