• Eye-hand coordination: Practise the Ace Accuracy Contest by serving towards a marked target. You can also practise the dig drill, reacting to a feeder’s randomly dropped ball and catching it before it touches the ground.
• Listening to instructions: Play the circle-passing drill and start or stop only when you hear the whistle. During team activities, listen carefully to the teacher’s cues and follow the directions for passing, rotating and changing roles.
