Solution

Ahimsa (non-violence) means avoiding harm through our actions and words, and treating people and other living beings with kindness. For example, instead of hitting or insulting someone during an argument, I can stay calm and speak respectfully. I can practise Ahimsa every day by being gentle, helping others, and caring for animals. A simple picture could show a child helping a friend or feeding a bird.
