Given:

Number of CO2 molecules:

15.055 × 1022

Molar mass of CO2:

12 + (2 × 16) = 44 g mol−1

We know that 1 mole of any substance contains 6.022 × 1023 particles.

Therefore, the number of moles of CO2:

Number of moles = `(15.055 xx 10^22)/(6.022 xx 10^23)`

= 0.25 mol

Now, Mass = Number of moles × Molar mass

= 0.25 × 44

= 11 g
