Hari Singh was a fifteen-year-old boy who had become skilled at stealing because of his difficult circumstances. His surroundings pushed him towards dishonesty. Even though he was not very useful to Anil, Anil kept him with him. Hari was used to cheating and stealing small amounts of money every day while buying groceries.

However, Anil was kind, generous, and understanding. He knew about Hari’s theft but did not scold him. Instead, he taught him to write his name and promised to teach him full sentences and mathematics. This kindness deeply affected Hari. He began to understand that education could help him earn respect and money honestly. Slowly, he realized that living a simple and honest life was better than cheating others. Anil’s trust and guidance helped Hari decide to change his ways and choose a better future.
