Both Digboi (Assam) and Jaisalmer (Rajasthan) follow the same time zone, Indian Standard Time (IST).
Although Digboi is located much farther east than Jaisalmer and experiences sunrise earlier, India uses a single standard time throughout the country.
Therefore, if Arun called his mother from Digboi at 7:00 a.m., his mother in Jaisalmer would receive the call at 7:00 a.m. IST.
