Solution

Let AB be the height of the pole and BC be the shadow of the pole.
Given:
BC =\[2\sqrt{3}\]
\[\angle\]ACB = 60°
In ∆ABC,
\[\tan60^o = \frac{AB}{BC}\]
\[ \Rightarrow \sqrt{3} = \frac{AB}{2\sqrt{3}}\]
\[ \Rightarrow AB = 6 m\]
Hence, the height of the pole is 6 m.
