Solution

Throwing an empty packet of food on the platform is not a proper waste disposal method. One must always put the waste in a nearby dustbin or carry it until a proper place to dispose of it off is found. Waste, if not disposed of properly would litter the floor and may go into the drains and choke them, it makes public places dirty and unhygienic and would spread many diseases.
