2. Business Associations

3. Consumer Awareness

4. Consumer Organisations

  • These organisations educate consumers about their rights and protect them.

  • The government protects consumers through helplines and laws.
  • The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 created the CCPA and a three-tier redressal machinery at the district, state and national levels.
