उत्तर

C = `bar"C"` + by           ...[At Break even point]

10,000 = `bar"C"` + 0·8 (10,000)

10,000 = `bar"C"` + 8,000

10,000 - 8,000 = `bar"C"`

`bar"C"` = 2000 crores

Working Notes:

b = MPC

C = Y

S = 0

C = 10,000

MPS = 0.2 (given)

MPC = 1 - MPS

= 1 - 0.2

= 0.8
