\[V=\frac{4}{3}\pi r^3 \]
\[\Rightarrow\frac{dV}{dt} {=4\pi r}^2 \frac{dr}{dt}\]
\[\Rightarrow\frac{dr}{dt}=\left( \frac{1}{4\pi r^2} \right)\frac{dV}{dt}\]
\[\Rightarrow\frac{dr}{dt}=\frac{900}{4\pi \left( 15 \right)^2}\left[ \because r = 15 \text { cm and } \frac{dV}{dt} = 900 {cm}^3 /\sec \right]\]
\[\Rightarrow\frac{dr}{dt}=\frac{900}{900\pi}\]
