Solution

Given:

Volume of one tablespoon = 15 mL

Volume of orange juice concentrate (solute) = 2 × 15 = 30 mL

Total volume of juice (solution) = 150 mL

Volume by volume percentage

= `"Volume of solute"/"Volume of solution" xx 100`

= `30/150 xx 100`

= 20% v/v

Hence, the orange juice concentrate is 20 % v/v in the mixture prepared.
