Dear Sir,

Writing on behalf of our school's Drama Club, I am looking for your approval for an original project. Centred on the crucial theme of saving power, a topic of tremendous relevance to every part of our community, we intend to present a play. We want a wide audience, hence we are looking for a site that naturally draws a lot of visitors. We ask permission to stage our performance across the large area in front of the supermarket since it seems like the best spot to draw attention.

Since the message of our play speaks to both shopkeepers and the general public equally, I hope you will help us by providing us permission to use the venue for our performance.
