Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your attention the poor condition of the kutcha road leading to our colony. Due to heavy rains, the road is full of potholes and has become difficult to use.
The potholes are dangerous for people and may cause accidents. Rainwater also collects in them and becomes stagnant. As a result, mosquitoes breed there and this may cause diseases.
I request you to kindly repair the road and fill the potholes as soon as possible. Proper drainage should also be arranged so that water does not collect on the road.
