This is to bring to your attention that I purchased an IFB top-load 10kg washing machine from your store on 18th February, 2020. However, the machine has started giving me trouble. The model no. is IFBTL1817. The machine is making a lot of noise, and the drying function has stopped working. The machine automatically ends the process upon rinsing.
I kindly request that you send a technician across urgently or arrange for the machine to be replaced, as it is still under warranty. Please do the needful at the earliest.
