p(3+6p) = –5

\[\Rightarrow 3 p +  6p^2 + 5 = 0\]
\[ \Rightarrow 6p^2 + 3p + 5= 0\]

So, it is of the form ax2 + bx + c = 0 where a = 6, b = 3 and c = 5.
