\[\text{ Projection of } \vec{i} + \vec{j} + \vec{k} \text{ along } \vec{j} \]
\[ = \frac{\left( \vec{i} + \vec{j} + \vec{k} \right) . \vec{j}}{\left| \vec{j} \right|}\]
\[ = \frac{1}{1}\]
\[ = 1\]
