Campus recruitment is both convenient and cost-effective. Employers receive assistance from the placement cells of educational institutions for the recruitment and selection process. Qualified candidates are available quickly without the need for public advertisements. Educational institutes also benefit as their students secure jobs before graduating. Hence, campus recruitment has gained popularity, especially when prior work experience is not a requirement.
