Projective psychological tests are used to assess a person’s underlying thoughts, feelings, motives, and conflicts. In the T.A.T., individuals are shown a series of ambiguous pictures depicting various situations and are asked to create a story about each one, including what is happening, what led up to it, what the characters are thinking and feeling, and how the story ends.
