Write a paragraph on your notion of what should India do, or achieve, to become a developed country.

To become a truly developed country, India must close the gap between rapid economic growth and equal human development. While obtaining a high GDP and rising per capita income are critical, true progress requires a balanced distribution of wealth and resources to overcome long-standing economic imbalances. First and foremost, India must make huge, long-term investments in its public infrastructure, particularly in high-quality, free or low-cost healthcare and universal education, to ensure that every citizen can have a productive life. Prioritizing human development indicators such as significantly lowering infant mortality, eliminating malnutrition, and increasing female literacy will result in a healthy, highly skilled, and resilient workforce. Furthermore, the country must shift from an overreliance on a booming service industry to producing long-term, high-volume job possibilities in environmentally friendly manufacturing and decentralised rural businesses. This will ensure that progress reaches small farmers and marginalized tribal communities, not simply urban areas. Finally, my vision of a developed India is one in which high material riches coexist with social justice, environmental sustainability, gender equality, and equal chances for the very last person in line.
