In Lebanon, sticking to the accord means granting universal franchise. If Lebanon’s rules allow all people to cast their votes and contest elections based on an agreement of power sharing among diverse populations, I would not adopt the'regular’ norms that are followed worldwide, as Khalil suggests. I would stick to the rules established via agreement among various communities. I don't need to do something else.
